DASH CARRIER SERVICES REPORTS THAT TRANSITION
IS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE FOLLOWING
ACQUISITION OF VIXXI SOLUTIONS
New Executive Team in Place, Company Begins Operation as Wholesale Carrier and Emergency Services Leader Denver (November 23, 2009) – Dash Carrier Services (DASH), the leading provider of emergency services and wholesale carrier voice solutions, today announced that transition operations related to its purchase of VIXXI Solutions are progressing ahead of schedule. As detailed in the November 3, 2009 press release, Dash CEO, Justin Nelson, will maintain his role as senior executive. Under Mr. Nelson, the Dash executive team will consist of Mary Tuten, vice president of operations, Kevin Breault, vice president of sales and business development, and Bucky Wallace, vice president of strategic markets. Current Analysis Principal Analyst, Larry Hettick, opined, “Carriers who need wholesale services will find it easier to buy bundled services like the back office products from Dash combined with next gen E911 services from VIXXI.
