Dash Carrier Services Acquires VIXXI Solutions

Dash Emerges as Wholesale Carrier and Emergency Services Leader

Denver (November 3, 2009) – Dash Carrier Services (DASH), the leading provider of wholesale carrier products and services, and VIXXI Solutions, the leading-edge nationwide E911 provider, today announced that on October 29, 2009 DASH completed its acquisition of VIXXI, with VIXXI becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of DASH. As a result of the acquisition, DASH emerges as a single source provider of Wholesale Carrier and Emergency Services.

DASH CEO, Justin Nelson, maintains his role as CEO of DASH and becomes President of VIXXI, and Christopher Camut, former President and CEO of VIXXI, has been appointed to the DASH Board of Directors. DASH and VIXXI will continue to offer services under their respective brands while streamlining the integration of their respective services providing a more comprehensive solution for their respective clients.

The new company will continue to move forward on leveraging the VIXXI geo-spatial routing capabilities as part of both existing E911 solutions and of NG911 ready network deployments. In addition, as a result of combining a nationwide E911 network with an integrated interface and full suite of back-office products, carriers nationwide are now able to route their respective emergency service calls via a single provider.
